Examine what the real desires regarding surgery that intends to do and say exactly what you want your surgeon, making sure the chance of achieving their goals.

Do not grow very high expectations. The surgery does not solve existential problems. If there is a marital crisis between the couple, for example, surely the question is not its physical appearance. The problem lies elsewhere.
