The plastic surgeon Dr. Martinelli, graduated doctor in 1982 from the School of Medicine of Santa Casa de Misericórdia - EMESCAM, in Vitória - ES, Brazil. In 1988 he finished his Medical Residence at Faculty of Medical Sciences of Belo Horizonte - MG, obtaining the title of plastic surgery specialist in 1989, granted by the Federal Council of Medicine - CFM.

In 1998 in the city of Goiânia - GO, while presenting the entitled scientific work "Mammaplasty with inferior areolar pedicel - indication and conveyance" he obtained the graduation of "titular", maximum degree of the category granted by the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery - SBCP.

"Golden Bistoury 2001 – The greatest of the plastic surgery" was the prize that he won in that year granted by the newspaper Brazilian Time through a public opinion research, he then represented the State of Espírito Santo.

In 2002 he won the prize "Outstanding of the year 2002 Stylo” granted by the magazine Stylo. The prize "TOP SAÚDE" was received in 2003 as a result of his useful assistance to the health system in that year.

Nowadays he allots his professional schedule between his clinic and the hospital Vitória Apart Hospital where the big surgeries are accomplished in Vitória, and in the Hospital of the Plastic Surgery in Rio de Janeiro, one of the largest centers of plastic surgeons' formation in Brazil
